Should I buy a Wii?

Im 14 years old. I like platform, shooting, racing, fighting and action games. I like the fact that Wii to play online for free and built in Wi-Fi. I'm looking for something online for the best experience you will not be much fun and can send messages to your friends. I think what I have here the basic material Wii. People say that the Wii is fun for a month or two, but gets boring you? The games are very child-ish. Should I buy another console, then? Yes, I have a wireless Internet connection. I almost have a 360, but has no built in Wi-Fi (that is, but $ 100! Plus). So I wanted to see what the Wii has to offer.
